Return Policy

Items must be returned within 5 days after they are received. Buyer pays return shipping fees. Items must be returned in the original condition to receive a full money back /exchange credit. In the event the item is damaged when received, the seller reserves the right to give partial credit depending on the items condition for resale.

Class Refund Policy

Drum Making Workshop
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration. When full payment for the class is received and a cancellation occurs, a refund will be given minus the $50 deposit. Cancellation must be received within 5 days prior to the scheduled workshop date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations due to an emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Lori Boess to discuss the need for cancellation.

Fan Making Class
A  $25 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration. When full payment for the class is received and a cancellation occurs, a refund will be given minus the $25 deposit. Cancellation must be received within 5 days prior to the scheduled workshop date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations due to an emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. When ordering and accepting delivery of items purchased, it is the sole responsibility of the consumer to abide by the laws in the state in which the consumer resides. Medicine Dog Art & Drum recommends, to the consumer, to check state laws where they reside regarding the purchase and delivery of items ordered.

Medicine Dog Art & Drum reserves the right to hold the consumer responsible for all legal fees and/or penalties incurred due to the consumer ordering and/or accepting delivery of items that do not adhere to the laws in which the consumer resides. All legal fees include but are not limited to court fees, attorney fees, and collection fees associated with the order.
